Special thanks to Heidi Jones for contributing this Great Beer Now guest post!
These all look like so much fun. I just told my husband that they need to be on our empty nester bucket list. Thanks for sharing!
Among this list of beer festivals, I have only ever heard of Oktoberfest. But even then, I am not familiar with beer festivals. I used to drink beer a lot until I discovered wine and it was hard for me to return to beer ever since. Let’s just say I am very selective about my beer these days haha! I would only drink Asahi and Kronenbourg Blanc!
There are lots of local and regional beer festivals. Once the COVID-19 thing is behind us, do a quick online search and you will find them. And yes, while most of the beer is complex craft, there are beers available that are similar to Asahi at most festivals- just a matter of looking for them.
These all look like a blast! Oktoberfest is very high on the list for my husband but I love that you included other lesser-known options.
Yes, Germany’s Octoberfest would be the ultimate experience! I will get there eventually
We went to Oktoberfest and had a blast! Highly recommend!
