Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins are joining forces with another team to enhance the fan experience at each of its home games, starting next season. This new team is not another MLB franchise, but rather a craft brewing operation known as Biscayne Bay Brewing Company.
We can all agree that craft beer makes any event better and this is certainly true when it comes to sports. The Marlins/Biscayne Brewing partnership is about more than a simple distribution deal. No, this team spirit involves something much greater; the establishment of the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall. This is going to be an actual beer hall located inside Marlins Park complete with 3,000 square feet of space. It will be located in the atrium near sections 15 and 16 on the Promenade Level. The craft beer offerings will feature many Biscayne Bay products, as expected, but will also include a special Miami Marlins beer sold in the Brew Hall and elsewhere throughout the ballpark.
Fans who attend Miami Marlins games can expect to find a large bar with social- style seating; a performance space; and a large video wall. Miami Marlins CRO Adam Jones says the venture with Biscayne Bay Brewing is consistent with his efforts to enhance the overall fan experience.
“Baseball is THE social sport, and the new Biscayne Bay Brew Hall is the next enhancement in our lineup of unique and impactful programming at the ballpark as our organization continues its commitment to invest in the fan experience,” said Jones. “This partnership with a marquee local brewing company will give our fans a great social option at Marlins Park that will be a popular meeting space pre and postgame. We also love that this partnership enables our brand to be present throughout the market and in fans’ hands all around South Florida.”
Besides its availability during Marlins games, the new Biscayne Bay Brew Hall will be available for various group activities year- round. Jose Mallea, President of Biscayne Bay Brewing Company, says the new partnership is great for Marlins fans and great for the community.

Having a platform like Marlins Park to introduce Miamians to quality and locally made beer is an incredible opportunity. The Biscayne Bay Brew Hall is only one of several social engagement features added to Marlins Park. Most recently, the Marlins added AutoNation Alley and The Social: Estrella Jalisco. And to keep things affordable, the Marlins introduced the $3o5 Menu, a unique offering that provides value- priced food options for fans such as $3 hot dogs or $5 beer.
Sports and beer are natural companions. With the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall, Miami Marlins fans will have a new means to enjoy fine craft beer while attending a Major League Baseball game and a new way to add to the overall social experience.
