BOTE, the Florida- based maker of paddle boards, kayaks, floats, and related accessories, has joined forces with nearby Destin Brewery to release a beverage made for summer refreshment. It’s called Hangout Seltzer, an aptly named seltzer meant for enjoying during good times spent with good friends.
Synergy at its Best
The partnership between BOTE and Destin Brewery is just over a year old and a continuous work in process. The two premier Destin lifestyle businesses are constantly looking for new ways to collaborate with each other. The first such collaborative effort was a Session IPA released back in April, 2021. This was followed by Rackham Red, a fuller-bodied fall and winter beer with hints of rum. The fun was fully underway at this point, and there was no reason to slow down. So, the decision was made to release Silver King IPL, which won a Silver at the New York International Beer Competition.
That brings us to the present- day and the latest release, Hangout Seltzer. It traces its roots to early May 2022, when BOTE released its Hangout Suite. It’s an impressive collection of eight modular floats that can be enjoyed individually. But they are best when combined to create epic, customized spots for relaxing with friends and family. A product that emphasizes togetherness needs a beverage to match, and Hangout Seltzer was born.

Hangout Seltzer is a raspberry/citrus hard seltzer. It’s the first seltzer collaboration between BOTE and Destin Brewery and is easily the most refreshing member of the BOTE-Destin Brewery product family. It’s the perfect pairing for a day on the water or for a day that involves, well, hanging out with friends and family. Look for it where Destin Brewery products are currently sold.
