Synergy Global Entertainment and Brew Ha Ha Productions are pleased to introduce the inaugural Cali UNCORKED festival, presented by Harrah’s Resort of Southern California. Scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2015, this inaugural event offers a premier day-long music, comedy, craft beer, wine and food festival.
California is no stranger to the world of entertainment and Cali UNCORKED is a showcase of all the great things available in this part of the country. The festival, scheduled to run from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (12 p.m. start for VIP) will take place at Oak Canyon Park, located at 5305 E. Santiago Canyon Road in Silverado, California. It will feature more than 100 highly sought- after California breweries and wineries with unlimited samples between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. For the final three hours of the festival, beer and wine will still be available for purchase on a per- serving basis.
Everyone knows the craft beer excellence in Southern California and Cali UNCORKED has many special surprises in store. Among them, Fifty Fifty Brewing will be tapping a keg of bourbon barrel aged Eclipse (aged in High West Rye Barrels) and Libertine from the central coast will be pouring some of its world famous sours. Council Brewing from San Diego will be making one of its very first appearances in Orange County pouring some of its tart and tasty sours as well. On the winery side, guests can experience the delicacy and distinction of California wines from such notable wineries as Dark Horse, Force of Nature, Eberle, and Rex Goliath. To add some philanthropy to the mix, off- duty firefighter will pour beer and wine for attendees with a portion of the proceeds going to the 3631 Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The festival also offers multiple cheese and beer, wine and cigar pairing seminars. Space is limited on a first come first serve basis.
PAIRINGS & FOOD:
The craft beer and wine would be reason enough to attend Cali UNCORKED, but beverages are only the beginning. The festival will feature delectable treats from some of Orange County’s best restaurants such as Slater’s 50/50, Slidebar, The Viking Truck and more. Multiple super star Southern California chefs will be coming together at the event, creating a Chef’s Collective and offering unique menu items only available at the festival. Participating chefs include Greg Daniels from Haven Gastropub (Orange), Shachi Mehra from Adya (Anaheim), Mark McDonald of Old Vine Café (Costa Mesa), Danny Godinez from Anepalco’s (Orange), Farid Zadi of Revolutionario North African Tacos (Downtown LA), Ryan Berk of A La Minute (Orange), David Coleman from Michael’s on Naples and Working Class (Long Beach), and Justin Miller of Pizzeria Ortica (Costa Mesa).

The fun doesn’t end at Cali UNCORKED with food and drink. This event will also focus on music and comedy performances with two stages. Comedians David Koechner (The Office, Anchorman), Joe Sib and Eddy Sato have been added to the Cali UNCORKED comedy lineup.
