Craft Beer Marketing Awards Announces 2022 Winners!

Craft beer competitions attract loads of attention, and for good reason. Every brewery, head brewer, and others associated with beer production wants recognition for a job well done. They want their moment of fame. They love that feeling of euphoria when they receive confirmation that the beer they brewed has been judged to exceed all expectations and is satisfying customers like no other.

As much as beer taste competitions matter, both for professional and personal reasons, there is more to a successful beer than product alone. There is also the advertising, the artwork, the marketing campaign, the story, and so many other promotional efforts that help a specific beer or brewery achieve greatness. While most competitions are taste- oriented, there is one award that seeks to honor the movers and shakers that help bring a specific brand to the forefront. I’m talking about the Craft Beer Marketing Awards, which has just announced its winners for 2022.

Founded in 2019, the Craft Beer Marketing Awards has been around for only a few years and many people, even those in craft beer circles, are not aware of this competition. It is the only global awards competition to recognize and celebrate the importance of craft beer retail marketing and design as a key to success in this highly competitive marketplace. With more than 9,000 breweries nationwide, the competition is fierce. A catchy slogan, vivid label design, memorable name, effective marketing campaign, and other factors all help set a specific beer or brewery apart from the competition. They are all just as important to a beer or brewery’s success as the liquid in the can, bottle, or keg.

This year, the Craft Beer Marketing Award winners were decided by a panel of over 500 industry professionals from over 24 countries. There are 30 categories in this year’s awards. The Winners of the most popular categories are going to be announced live at the Craft Brewers Conference on Wednesday, May 4th at 7:30pm Central Time. The others have already been awarded.
