Four Corners Brewing, a Dallas- based brewery recognizable for the colorful rooster image on its packaging, is taking the next step toward statewide growth with a new distribution partnership that will send its suds to the state’s largest city.
Silver Eagle Distributors, the largest beer distributor in Texas, has inked a distribution deal with Four Corners that will send its beer four hours south to the metropolitan area of Houston. George Esquivel, co- founder of Four Corners Brewing, is thrilled to see his company’s beers make the trek southward.
“All of us at Four Corners are excited about the opportunity to expand our brand’s potential in the Houston-area,” explains Esquivel. “We feel confident in what makes Four Corners Brewing unique, and we know Silver Eagle Distributors will help us share our brand experience with many more people.”
Four Corners distinct packaging was inspired by the Mexican game Loteria, a game similar to bingo except it uses images rather than numbers. The rooster image helps Four Corners beer standout on the store shelf but the taste is what is most likely to win the taste buds of Houston residents. Four Corners will start distribution with two of its core brands: Local Buzz, a Honey- Rye Golden Ale, and El Chingon, an American IPA. John Nau II, chairman and CEO of Silver Eagle, is confident the new beer will be a hit in the Houston area.
“We are thrilled to partner with Four Corners to expand their offerings in Houston,” says Nau. “Four Corners brews have the founders Texas roots instilled in everything from the packaging to the brew itself, and we believe their unique profiles will resonate well within our city.”
Both Local Buzz and El Chingon are available right now at select stores, bars, and restaurants in Houston and there will likely be more beer styles shipped to Houston in the coming year. For more information on Four Corner’s availability, visit Silver Eagle’s Beer Locator.
