When a business has positive momentum on its side, few things can slow it down. One success often leads to another and the good times continue to roll. A perfect example of this is Louisville, Kentucky based Goodwood Brewing, which today announced yet another expansion of its distribution footprint.
The new partner in growth this time around is Premium Beverage Supply, a wholesale operation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The partnership between Goodwood and Premium Beverage Supply will expand the brewery’s reach even further into Ohio and Goodwood CEO Tim Mitzlaff can’t wait for the marriage between the two companies to grow and flourish.
“We are extremely honored to be partnering with Premium Beverage. They are a fantastic company in a wonderful state, and we look forward to getting Goodwood into Cincinnati and working north throughout the Buckeye state” said Mitzlaff.
Premium Beverage will kick off the budding relationship with five Goodwood beers: Bourbon Barrel Ale, Bourbon Barrel Stout, Hemp Gose, Louisville Lager, and Walnut Brown Ale. Bourbon Barrel Ale will be available in bottles and draught while all others will be available in cans and on draught. Walnut Brown Ale will be restricted to can distribution, at least for now.
Goodwood Brewing has come a long way since its founding in 2001. The brewery’s products are now available in fifteen states- KY, TN, IN, MN, MO, OH, WV, VA, AL, OK, TN, GA, SC, FL and TX- with continued growth almost certainly on the way. Hard work and quality product have paid off handsomely for this Kentucky brewery and its wood- touched beers and Ohioans are in for a real treat thanks to the new partnership with Premium Beverage Supply.
