Saint Arnold Brewing, the oldest craft brewery in the state of Texas, has a new, exclusive club- one that would make a great gift idea this holiday season. It’s called the Saint Arnold Society and it includes a large number of perks to its limited membership, one of which happens to be free beer for life.
Houston- based Saint Arnold Brewing is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and foster an even stronger sense of community. The 2017 Mid- Size Brewing Company of the Year plans to open a large beer garden in 2018 and to coincide with this momentous occasion, Saint Arnold founder Brock Wagner created the Saint Arnold Society. This lifetime membership organization costs $1,000 and includes a free beer with each visit, an engraved pewter mug kept at the new Beer Garden where it will always be ready for you, hard hat access to the construction of the beer garden, etc. Wagner says the opening of a beer garden has been a goal of his since the early founding of the business.
“Since opening Saint Arnold Brewing Company in 1994, I have long had a dream of creating a beer garden that would be a destination for the community to gather- a place Houstonians are proud of and want to bring visitors to”, Wagner stated. “After 23 years, much brewing, getting laws changed, and moving to our downtown location, this dream is finally becoming reality.”
Construction of the Beer Garden is slated to begin very soon. It will be located adjacent to the existing brewery and will be open seven days per week. The garden will be one of a kind, featuring a dissolving metal building with direct views of the Houston skyline as well as pet- friendly outdoor seating.
