Few places entertain quite like Las Vegas, Nevada and this fall, the Las Vegas Strip is going to celebrate the season of Oktoberfest as Beerhaus breaks out the lederhosen and schnitzel for a three- day Oktoberfest at The Park, set for September 30 through October 2.
Beerhaus is the newest and most modern beer garden on the Las Vegas Strip and General Manager Tony Fisher says the facility, grounds, and location make it ideal for an all- out beer bash.
“We are going to have a fun-filled Oktoberfest complete with an assortment of craft beers, festive games and lively entertainment,” said Fisher. “Our unique space within the beautiful landscape of The Park allows us to throw an authentic outdoor Oktoberfest celebration and we can’t wait to debut all of the great activations we have in store for our guests.”
Oktoberfest at The Park will begin each day at 4 p.m. The evening fun will commence with a celebrity keg tapping followed shortly afterward with live music from The Dummkopfs, a local band. In true Oktoberfest fashion, beer will be consumed from either full or half liter steins. Guests can select the larger or smaller stein, fill it with one of the many great craft beers on tap, and then hoist it high, just like they do at the Munich Oktoberfest each year.
Besides live music, festival goers can partake in a host of games and nibble on German fare such as bratwurst, German potato salad, fried apples with caramel dipping sauce, and much more. There is never a dull moment at Oktoberfest, and guests are encouraged to frolic into the late hours of the evening at a special after hours party inside Beerhaus where more beer and fun will be waiting.
