Melvin Brewing’s new Northwest digs are a sight to behold. Covering over 5,000 square feet, the interior features a rustic design with both tables and booths for customer comfort. The brewery itself will feature a 7- barrel system located right next to the kitchen and in open view of customers.
The bar at the new Melvin location features 20 taps pouring Melvin favorites such as Killer Bees, Melvin IPA, 2×4, Hubert, and the famous Rotational Double IPA series. And since the new brewpub is right there near Washington’s wine country, Melvin will serve local wines as well as wines from nearby Oregon and Washington, by the glass or bottle.
With the food, guests can expect American style bar food that takes much of its inspiration from Melvin’s own Thai me Up Restaurant and Brewery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, serving such crowd pleasers as the Melvin Burger and TMU Wings. There is a kids menu, too, serving goldfish mac & cheese, mini flat iron steak, and grilled cheese sandwiches for the youngsters.
Melvin Brewing’s new Washington brewpub will start off with daily Happy Hours from 4pm to 6pm for all seating, plus an additional late night happy hour from 10pm to 11pm for bar seating only. Happy hour prices include bargains on both drinks and food, and represent the perfect way for locals to get acquainted with this new establishment.
