One event exclusive to Michigan beer is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26. It’s the 11th Annual Detroit Fall Beer Festival presented by the Michigan Brewers Guild.
For this eleventh edition of this popular beer festival, a record 130 Michigan breweries will gather at Detroit’s historic Eastern market in downtown. With 130 breweries serving some of their finest suds, attendees can expect a smorgasbord of craft brew with more than 850 different beers ready for sampling.
Tickets to the festival are available for $45 on Friday and $50 on Saturday. Day of festival tickets will be available also, assuming the event doesn’t sell out, but will sell for a $5 premium each day. It is strongly recommended to purchase advance online tickets for Detroit Fall Beer Festival to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun. Admission includes 15 tokens, each of which can be redeemed for 3-ounce samples of beer. There will be a few exclusive beers that will require multiple tokens per 3 ounce serving, but the bulk of the beers will require one token each.
The Detroit Fall Beer Festival will run from 5-9pm on Friday and 1-6pm on Saturday. Michigan Brewers Guild Enthusiast Members will be granted admission one hour earlier each day.
