Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show, the premier education and business event for drink- centered hospitality professionals, just announced that it will partner with the nonprofit organization CORE at the next conference, scheduled for March 27- 29, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
CORE, which stands for “Children of Restaurant Employees” is a charitable outfit that aims to support families faced with serious illness, loss of a home, or other unexpected life changing event. The 2017 conference will feature a CORE booth where attendees can meet with CORE representatives, learn more about the organization, and discuss ways to partner with CORE on future fundraising and awareness projects. Michelle Osborne, Nightclub & Bar Media Group marketing director, says the partnership at the 2017 event should help CORE tremendously in the coming year.
“CORE makes a huge impact in the lives of families in need,” said Osborne. “It is our hope that by getting CORE in front of the world’s largest gathering of industry professionals, others will want to get involved in the nonprofit’s mission.”
CORE was founded in 2004 and since then, the organization has provided assistance to over 170 children from almost 100 families across the United States. Based in Woodstock, Georgia, CORE is a relatively small non- profit charity, but its work is important, as it has assisted restaurant workers and their families with medical bills, loss of property, childcare expenses, and the like. The partnership with Nightclub & Bar Conference & Trade Show and the interaction with thousands of attendees who work in related industries should go far in furthering awareness.
Nightclub & Bar Conference and Trade Show is now in its 32nd year. It is the largest event of its kind, offering an opportunity for industry professionals to meet others in the business, attend educational seminars, and discover new products and services.
