
Colorado’s Oskar Blues Brewery helped to re- popularize canned beer and the brewery will forever be remembered for making metal packaging respected once again. But Oskar Blues is also known for brewing excellent suds and the consistent quality has led to high demand and the need for additional breweries. Austin, Texas happens to be home to Oskar Blues recent expansion and with the new opening comes an excuse to party down with great beer, food, and tunes. Here are the facts:

Oskar Blues invites everyone age 21 and up to come and check out its new facility in Austin, Texas. The party will run all afternoon and well into the evening hours, featuring beer, food trucks, and music from five different bands.
Let’s start with what matters the most: The beer. Oskar Blues Austin will be serving its popular brands as well as a secret brew available only in Texas. The lineup of favorites will include Dale’s Pale Ale, Pinner Throwback IPA, Oskar Blues IPA, Mama’s Yella Pilsner, and the specialty beer mentioned before. This special brew will be a rye IPA and is bound to thrill those present with its Oskar Blues quality and style.
Oskar Blues new Austin facility was made with entertainment in mind and music is a common ingredient at most events. The musical lineup for the Can’d Opening party includes:

Tickets to the event are only $15 each and come complete with a commemorative glass, two pours of beer, and access to all the activities and live music all day. Kids and designated drivers are admitted free of charge and will receive two craft sodas and unlimited water.
