Pearl Street Brewery Winter Beach Ball Set for Feb 7 and 8

Craft breweries are mostly young. Most of them have been around for fewer than ten years and many of the very newest are still experimenting and finding their way in an increasingly competitive field. But there are other craft breweries that are pioneers in the industry and one that immediately comes to mind is Pearl Street Brewery in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This long- lived brewery is celebrating 21 years of craft beer and one event that will help kick off the fun is the annual Winter Beach Ball, set for February 7 and 8, 2020.

This year’s Winter Beach Ball will feature a beer and island food pairing on Friday, February 7 and the featured Pearl Street beers are:

• Pina Colada Hazy IPA
• Mixed Berry Hard Seltzer
• Sangria
• Peanut Butter Porter
• Mexican Lager

Each of the above will be matched with a deliciously compatible food while summer/beach related tunes fill the air with their warm sounds.

On Saturday, February 8 the beer will continue to flow as live music is served up throughout the day. First, guests will be treated to a Jimmy Buffet DJ set and later in the day, live bands Heatbox and The Sweatband will keep the party moving and grooving into the night. There will even be a special Hangover Breakfast served on Sunday morning.

Guests are encouraged to get into the beach party spirit by wearing their favorite island shirts, flip- flops, cutoff shorts, and anything else that invokes the feeling of a warm, tropical breeze.
