Ask any of the craft beer faithful living in Houston about pub crawls and the name they will most likely say they associate with these bar- to- bar romps is Saint Arnold Brewing. The oldest craft brewery in the state of Texas has been sponsoring neighborhood pub crawls since 1995 and its name has become synonymous with craft beer pilgrimages where people meet new friends, get cards stamped, and walk away with a Saint Arnold pint glass to keep the cherished memories intact.
With such vast experience in pub crawling, it makes sense that the good guys and gals at Saint Arnold Brewing would expand the pub crawl concept in other areas and starting on January 16, 2017, Saint Arnold will do exactly that when it introduces a brand new beer, Pub Crawl Pale Ale. This session pale ale is brewed using Centennial, Amarillo, and Galaxy hops along with Two Row Pale Malt, Maris Otter English Pale Malt, and Golden Naked Oats Malt for a nutty, slightly sweet, highly drinkable, and fuller bodied taste than one would expect from a 4.7 percent alcohol by volume beer brewed with session qualities.
Pub Crawl Pale Ale drew its inspiration from the pub crawl experience and it will be available only on draft at first. Pub crawls are all about sipping on a tall glass of beer drawn straight from the keg and Pub Crawl Pale Ale will make a great accompaniment to an afternoon or evening visit to a local pub. In a few months, Pub Crawl Pale Ale will arrive in retail stores in canned form, allowing Saint Arnold pub crawl fans a means to enjoy the spirit of a true pub crawl, anytime, anyplace.
Saint Arnold Pub Crawl Pale Ale will be available in places where Saint Arnold beer is presently sold. Once released, it will be part of the regular Saint Arnold year- round lineup. Look for it starting January 17, 2017 and relive those memorable Saint Arnold pub crawls from the past 20+ years.
