Fans of California’s acclaimed Stone Brewery will soon be able to purchase bomber bottles by the bundle.
Stone brewing has offered its products in 22 oz. bomber bottle packaging for as long as I can remember. Fully aware of the difficulty in selecting a specific style and then transporting a set of bottles to the checkout, Stone Brewing is offering a new packaging arrangement: Four packs of bomber bottles named, simply, the Stone Mixed 4 Pack.
Each of these 4- pack arrangements will include, for now, one bottle each of 2014 Stone Imperial Russian Stout, Stone IPA, Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Black IPA and Arrogant Bastard Ale. Of particular importance is the inclusion of Stone Imperial Russian Stout, for it marks the first time that Stone has pre- released a special release beer. This full- bodied brew will not be available to purchase separately for another week, but the Stone Mixed 4 Pack will offer it immediately.
Knowing that its rabid fans love Stone beer in all of its many styles, Stone plans to rotate the offerings in its Stone Mixed 4 Pack every quarter. Each offering will include a single bottle of a special release beer along with three bottles of different, year- round releases.
“We know our fans have a variety of tastes and might want to enjoy a sampling of styles instead of committing to a single case offering,” said Todd Karnig, Stone Vice President of Sales. “We had this in mind when choosing the beers that would make up the Stone Mixed 4 Pack and think it will be a great choice for people who want to mix things up.”
Look for the Stone Mixed 4 Pack in places where Stone beer is presently sold, starting today.
