A different version of adventure at Tetherow’s upscale Scottish-style pub, The Row, is their February partnership with local craft brewery, Silver Moon. Delicious beer-infused eclectic menu items, such as Maui Wowie Pork Verde Tacos and Snakebite Porter Baked Goat Cheese Dip, will be introduced weekly throughout the month. Tetherow’s Executive Chef, Zac Hoffman, will craft exclusive dishes using Silver Moon’s beers and spent grains to perfectly pair with the featured beers.
The Beer-infused food menu and beer pairings to kick off February include:

Spicy ISR Mole Wings served with cilantro ranch dressing.
– Pair with Unkle Pilsner. - Snakebite Porter Baked Goat Cheese Dip with roasted shallots and wild mushrooms and served with pita bread.
– Pair with Voodoo Dog ISR. - Maui Wowie Pork Verde Tacos with black beans, feta cheese and coleslaw. – Pair with Maui Wowie Double IPA.
- Drunken Salami Burger grilled to temp and topped with soppressata, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoncini, pesto and beer glaze.
– Pair with Snakebite Porter.
Bringing humor to the kitchen and a delicious twist to every dish he creates, makes the brewery features even more fun in the Tetherow kitchen with Executive Chef Zac Hoffman. Zac’s favorite pastime is fishing on the Deschutes River where he is constantly inspired by the bounty of his surroundings. “Bringing creative passion to the artistry of combining a variety of beers and spent grains has become a weekly expedition,” says Chef Zac Hoffman. “It’s only natural for Tetherow to partner with local breweries to combine their craft with ours, and sourcing locally also aligns perfectly with our sustainability values.”

- Daily – Apres Ski at The Row (snow pants welcome!), 2 – 5 pm daily and all day Sundays
